Richard Lankshear
Richard Lankshear is the Innovation Manager at NHBC, responsible for setting policy on the assessment of innovative building systems and managing a specialist team that reviews and accepts Modern Methods of Construction. Richard is a chartered structural engineer working in both design consultancy and in industry for a steel manufacturer.
He has been involved in product development and innovative design of construction products well as leading commercial teams serving construction projects across the globe. Richard is embedded in a series of industry working groups on MMC, including the Construction Leadership Council, MHCLG’s MMC working group and as a stakeholder for AIMCH. He also serves the Institution of Structural Engineers’ Committees in Business Practice and Regulatory Compliance.
